The system default setting should be "boot up to enter full screen live streaming". According to relevant notices, the startup process of the smart set-top box for cable TV should not exceed 35 seconds. Cable TV operators should ensure a simple and friendly interface, convenient and fast operation, and high-quality program transmission when providing live streaming channels, time-shifted TV, channel review, video on demand and other cable TV services. The relevant notice stipulates the response time for program playback when the internet television terminal can access and use the bandwidth normally, which is not less than 100Mbps. The response time for on-demand programs from clicking on the program to the first frame should be less than 2 seconds and not more than 3.5 seconds; The response time for program pause/playback, fast forward, fast rewind, and other operations should be less than 2 seconds and not more than 3.5 seconds; The response time for exiting the program and returning to the pre playback page should be less than 1 second.
